What will happen when all the snow melts away?
In Scandinavia, this winter has been unusually cold and snowy. It’s a reasonable guess that 60 cm of snow deep contains water equal to 20-30 cm of water depth. What will happen the day all this snow will start to melt? You don’t need to be a prophet of doom to see the obvious risks at hand.
